River City Improv, founded in 1993, has been delighting audiences with their unscripted performances. They create an experience akin to an unscripted movie, infused with variety and even a bathroom break! The talented team members are all local residents of the West Michigan Community, and their love for Grand Rapids and comedy knows no bounds. They are as diverse and passionate as the scenes they create on stage.

River City Improv private performances are typically 35-45 minutes in length, have at last 3 seasoned RCI members performing, we don’t provide our own amplification, should be in a setting where everyone can have a seat to provide a comfortable setting to yell suggestions from, we love the outdoors but don’t typically perform outside without a proper stage and amplification.
