Matt Havens isn’t your average speaker. Before stepping onto stages, he spent 14 years in leadership roles across finance, sales, and customer service at a large-scale corporation. These real-world challenges — driving change, restructuring, bridging silos — shaped his voice as a speaker who doesn’t just theorize, but delivers solutions that resonate.
