Comedian Christian Finnegan specializes in smart takes on dumb topics. Or is it the reverse? He appears frequently on the television and also writes stuff.
Christian is perhaps best known as one of the original panelists on VH1’s “Best Week Ever” or as Chad, the only white roommate in “Chappelle Show’s” infamous “Mad Real World” sketch. He can currently be seen in playing Martin on the syndicated sitcom “Are We There Yet?”.
Over the past decade, Christian has been a fixture on Comedy Central, having starred in his own one hour stand up special, as well as “Comedy Central Presents”, “Tough Crowd with Colin Quinn” and countless network interstitials. He’s also appeared on “Conan”, “The Late Late Show with Craig Ferguson”, “The Today Show” and “The Good Wife”. Most recently, he was a regular panelist on GSN’s “Lie Detectors”.
Christian’s latest one hour standup special, “The Fun Part” is currently streaming on Netflix. It’s available on iTunes and Amazon, along with his first two albums, “Two for Flinching” and “Au Contraire!”
When not on tour, Christian lives in New York City with his wife, author Kambri Crews. Together, they are the proud owners of Q.E.D. Astoria, a performance venue and event space in their home borough of Queens.
